Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return digits or drivers for a refund, as long as they are unused, clean and in new condition. We cannot take back items with scratches, dents, drill marks or weathering.

How to return

Email info@jelsco.com with your order number and which items are coming back. We reply within a business day with a prepaid UPS label as a PDF.

Pack the items so they cannot rattle. Original packaging is ideal but not required. Damage in transit on the way back cannot be refunded, and returns arriving without the original packaging or accessories carry a restocking fee.

Drop the box with UPS. Keep the tracking number.

If you would rather use your own carrier, reach out to us.

Refunds go out within three business days of the return reaching us. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Wrong, damaged or faulty on arrival

Email photos and a short description to info@jelsco.com. We answer within 48 hours and replace or refund.
