Shipping policy

Every order ships from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado. In-stock digits and drivers leave within two business days of payment, and you receive a tracking email within 24 hours of the box going out.

United States

USPS or UPS, your choice at checkout. Rates are live carrier rates for your address and box weight. Typical delivery is 3 to 10 days after shipping, depending on the service you pick.

Canada

USPS, UPS or DHL Express, live rates at checkout. Allow up to 14 days plus customs.

Everywhere else

USPS or UPS, live rates at checkout. Allow up to 14 days plus customs. Duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Delays and damage

Once a package is with the carrier we cannot speed it up, but if tracking stalls or the box arrives damaged, email info@jelsco.com and we will sort it out.
